At around 10:40PM today, our upstream provider, CitiTelecom had repaired the fibre and restored the network to normal operation. Affected servers should now be accessible as normal. For any queries, please feel free to contact us.
Today, from 8:30PM (HKT), our networks provided by CitiTelecom have been affected. Nearby enginnering workers have accidentially cut our fiber. Repairs to the fibre are currently underway.
