Between 00:00 and 23:59 on Sunday 7th April, network and power maintenance will commence on several racks at our Fanling facility.As a result of any works done, servers within the affected racks may experience brief outages lasting between 5 and 15 minutes. On Sunday 17th February, there may some network disruption lasting for approx 2 hours. We will be upgrading our network infrastructure as well as increase our total network capacity and improve overall performance.

CP-HK1 will be undergoing minor software updates over the weekend. During the updates, the server may experience minor performance loss and short outages for reboots. We do not expect any outages to last more than 5 minutes.
Unfortunately we have had to delay the migration of DA-HK1. We are delaying the migration to ensure that there are no compatibility errors between the old and new system. We expect to complete the migration the coming weekend (6th January).

At around 3PM local time on November 30th 2012, a PDU had failed resulting in 5 servers being shut down.
