On September 18th 2012, server DAHK2 suffered from a severe DDOS attack causing the server to become slow, and at times unresponsive. The attack was found to be directed at one account in particular which has since been suspended. The account suspension proved to have an immediate effect freeing much needed server resources to resume normal operation.
The server is now functioning normally and we do not believe the high load is related to the issues experienced last week.
